His topic focused on maritime arbitration in the UAE and more specifically the role played by the Emirates Maritime Arbitration Centre (EMAC) in the drive for free zone arbitration of maritime disputes seated in both the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM).
